Who We Are

DIVINE All Along was conceived with the intention that no other soul should have to suffer from religious abuse. To that end, the vision for DIVINE All Along is bold, history-shaping, and healing: The eradication of the influence of flawed theology on power structures and the restoration of rights and wholeness for all those abused, rejected and oppressed by religion.
We are not a religious institution of any kind. DIVINE All Along is a 501(c)(3) Human Rights Defender organization whose mission is to end religious abuse of our queer family. DIVINE All Along goes beyond LGBQT+ affirming to fully embracing the belief that queerness is a spiritual gift. Founded by Executive Director Mark Dilcom, DIVINE All Along is becoming a leading activist organization for LGBTQ+ people who have experienced religious abuse and trauma.

About Our Founder
Mark Dilcom’s Manifesto
Mark has no theology degrees, no ordinations, and no religious career. He does not exploit faith or engage in schemes that prey on the vulnerable. Instead, he carries a simple ministry of presence, walking alongside those in need.
Like Jesus, who met people in the margins and defied expectations, Mark meets people where they are—not where others think they should be. His love does not demand conformity; it embraces humanity in its sacred messiness.
Mark re-members who he is: a divine being—one of a kind—having a human experience.
He is emotionally, spiritually, and psychologically whole. His healing is not just survival—it is thriving, joy, and freedom.
A queer mystic and an advocate for truth, love, and radical belonging, Mark is also an elder—embracing wisdom while humbly walking with his human condition. With fewer days ahead than behind, his faith has deepened through oneness, where once, flawed theology shattered it.
He believes he is responsible for his evolution and for tending to his blind spots—so that faith, love, and truth grow in harmony.
Like prophets before him, Mark defies those who weaponize faith—corrupting theology, twisting apologetics, and serving greed over grace. He exposes and names abusers so no child or queer soul is forced to believe they are less than divine.
Mark is called to end religious abuse and trauma against the queer community—an act of psychological rape, a weapon of control and erasure. He refuses to let it stand.
He names conversion therapy for what it is: torture—a brutal violation of body, mind, and soul. He condemns the indoctrination of children into fear, shame, and self-hatred as a betrayal of their sacred being.
Mark refuses to let harm have the last word. He does not exist only to resist oppression—he creates, heals, and builds something holy.
He is called to the Rise of the Queer Kin-dom, advancing faith as Jesus did—fearlessly, relentlessly, with love at the center. He does not just build safe spaces—he architects transformation, reimagining faith communities as sanctuaries of refuge, justice, and radical love. No one cast out. No one left behind.
Through his wholeness and holiness, Mark pours living water onto oneness so all may flourish.
He shares it with all, even those who wish him harm—because love is not an idea but a lived reality. It flows through his hands as a husband, son, friend, and sibling—cosmic and personal, infinite and intimate.
Mark lives in hope, for all things are possible. He abides in peace, trusting a sacred unfolding beyond his participation or understanding.
Love is his action. Love is his truth.
And he calls others to love boldly, heal deeply, and build a world where every soul—regardless of belief—awakens to their divinity.
