This course is designed to be a safe space where participants can experience true spiritual liberation, empowering them to reclaim their divine rights and embrace their journey with authenticity and confidence. Each session of the DIVINE Soul’s Bill of Rights™ 8-week course is designed to be approximately 90 minutes long, allowing time for introduction, reflection, discussion, and practical exercises.

Agenda for Each Session:

  1. Welcome and Check-In (10 minutes)

    • Brief introductions if new participants join.

    • Quick check-in on how everyone is feeling, open for any thoughts from the previous session.

    • Set intentions for the session.

  2. Introduction to the Week’s Tenet (15 minutes)

    • Present the week’s tenet from the DIVINE Soul’s Bill of Rights™ and discuss its meaning.

Week 2: “The Right to Celebrate Your Sacral Energy, Free of Condemnation and Labels”

  • Understand the sacredness of sacral energy in personal expression and sexuality.

  • Reflect on how societal judgments have impacted self-acceptance.

  • Begin to dismantle internalized labels that limit personal creativity and authenticity.

Week 3: “The Right to Express Divine Love in Your Way”

Objectives:

  • Explore divine love and intuition as personal expressions beyond external expectations.

  • Reflect on experiences of gaslighting in spiritual or relational contexts.

  • Develop tools to affirm and trust personal love and intuition.
